Prologue Section: The Namagon Arc — So we basically left half-way through the Namagon section of this story, and what basically goes down is this: Anguirus and Baragon are hunting down Namagon when they come across another hollow earth chamber. Ahead of them is an ancient road likely used by Seiserans in ancient times, and Anguirus signals Baragon to stay back as he scouts out the area. Ishirō, Jelena, and Houston are tagging along as well. Jelena however picks up on the fact that the road actually splits into two paths, one split veering off into what looks like a collapsed cave. Deducing this is a more recent phenomenon, the three guide the Gohten through the rubble until they reach the other side. They see the other path of the road far in the distance and elevated on carved pillars standing tall above a stalagmite rich floor. Man's Arrogance Has Been Discontinued...But
I guess now would be as good a time as any to break the bad news, but with a silver lining. As many of you know, my kaijuverse has been on an unofficial hiatus for some time now. This was not something I intended to last this long, as I have been rather busy with IRL stuff to get to drawing and writing. I have made several comments about how I would get back to doing Man's Arrogance eventually, but after a whole year has passed with practically no progress, I have finally come to the realization that I was denying for some time now. So I will be posting a summary of what would be the future of Man's Arrogance, as well as accepting
"Houston, any sign of them yet?" The vehicle's treads moved across the uneven land of the underground tunnel, headlights guiding its way through the subterranean abyss. Within its ironclad walls and just behind its front screen, a woman with sepia-colored hair, a tawny complexion, and a faded burn over her right arm is steering the wheel of a metal vehicle, a drill attached to its front on standby for digging. "None so far, Jelena," a man with a buzzcut, dark brown skin, and glasses looked at the radar signal they were beaming out through the caverns while an acoustic device to his right registered a low rumble far ahead of them. "But we're definitely on the right path. Maybe another kilometer out for the Goh-ten." At that, Jelena pumped the lever, accelerating the vehicle. Despite moving at considerable speed, the G0H-Ten remained relatively stable, treads sticking to the ground and keeping the inside from jostling too much. Still, slight turbulence was expected as Houston
